Clothing, changing and pool conduct
Bring a lock for a day-use locker. Family/universal change rooms have private changing cubicles, but belongings belong in lockers rather than being left in a cubicle. Wear clothing or swim attire in common changing areas.
Wear a swimsuit or clean swimming clothes. Loose clothing, jeans, cut-offs and undergarments are not permitted. Head coverings must fit tightly. Children not toilet-trained need snug plastic pants or a swim diaper; ordinary diapers are not allowed.
Phones and picture-taking equipment are prohibited in change rooms, washrooms and on deck. Ask the Pool Coordinator for photo permission. Snorkels, full-face masks, flippers and mermaid tails are not allowed at recreational swims.

What age must a supervising swimmer be?
At least 14 under the town’s child-admission rules.
Can a good six-year-old swimmer attend alone?
No. The age-six-and-under supervision rule applies regardless of ability.
What test lets a seven-to-nine-year-old swim alone?
The two-width swim test administered by aquatic staff.
Can a support worker attend an inclusion swim free?
The listed 55+and inclusion swim admits support workers free.
How do I find the correct lesson level?
