Payment, hardship and default

In-person payment is at the Garden Street Branch Office, 3050 Garden Street, Unit 102, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. It accepts cash and debit. Credit cards are accepted online only.

The Undue Hardship Consideration Form can request extra payment time or consideration of financial hardship, absence from the municipality or other special circumstances. Submitting it does not guarantee relief.

If the penalty defaults, the town can seek plate-renewal denial. Its provincial default-payment instructions use ICON 2860, jurisdiction 255 and the penalty number. Parking Services can help at 905-430-4322.
